We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to inform you of an important update regarding our airport valet services at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

As part of an ongoing evaluation, the airport is currently re-assessing the necessity of on-site Reserve Now Airport Valet services. Due to this, we regret to inform you that, until further notice, we will not be able to meet guests curbside at the airport for valet pickup and drop-off.

However, we are still offering valet services at the Georgia International Convention Center, conveniently located curbside at the elevators for the SkyTrain. This complimentary transportation service operates 24 hours a day, directly shuttling passengers to the Domestic Terminal inside the airport.

We deeply value the privilege of servicing you and the convenience of curbside valet service at the airport. We understand this change may cause inconvenience, and we are working to resume curbside valet services as soon as possible.
